Investment Objectives

The purpose of the Fund is to provide investors with a medium-term return that is consistent with the risk associated with investing in debt from Portuguese and Spanish issuers that are not involved in controversial activities or sectors, such as Tobacco, Gambling and Personal Firearms nor collect the majority of their revenues from said activities or sectors. The Fund shall prefer issuers of its universe, while adequately preventing any possible relevant sovereign risk, that adopt the best practices in terms of Governance, Human Rights and Environment, or whose issuances aim to finance projects with a positive impact both within the social and environmental scope (Social Bonds and Green Bonds).

The Fund is intended for non-professional investors, professionals and eligible counterparties, with moderate risk tolerance, so it is suitable for applications over 18 months, on a potential investment appreciation scope, higher than that available in interbank money markets.

Annualized returns would only be obtained if the investment was made and maintained throughout the reference period. For the purpose of calculating returns, redemption fees are not taken into account, when applicable, and are net of all other fees.
