Since May 2015, IMGA has been part of CIMD Group, one of the largest independent groups in the Iberian Peninsula's financial and energy markets.

Over the years, CIMD Group has maintained a stable shareholder structure, with 39% of its capital controlled by management & employees, offering a value-added service, based on transparency and total independence.
