Main legislative changes
On January 1, 2020, Decree-Law No. 144/2019 entered into force, which proceeds to the transfer to cmvm of supervisory powers over investment fund and credit securitisation companies, amending, among other diplomas, the RGOIC - Regime Geral dos Organismos de Investimento Coletivo.
