EXTENSION OF THE TEMPORARY REDUCTION OF THE MANAGEMENT FEE

IM Gestão de Ativos (IMGA), informs that it has decided to extend the temporary reduction in the management fee of the following funds for the period between 1 October and 31 December 2022:

IMGA Money Market - Share Class A and R: 0.05% / year

IMGA Money Market - Share Class I: 0.25% / year

IMGA Liquidez - Share Class A and R: 0.10% / year

IMGA Liquidez - Share Class I: 0.05% / year

IMGA Euro Taxa Variável - Share Class A and R: 0.35% / year

IMGA Euro Taxa Variável - Share Class A and R: 0.175% / year

IMGA Rendimento Semestral Share Class A and R: 0.50% / year

IMGA CA Monetário – 0,05% / year

With this measure, IMGA intends to maintain the adjustment of management fees to the current policy of negative interest rates implemented by the European Central Bank, which has affected, in recent months, the profitability of available financial instruments and securities, which are normally part of the investment portfolio of these funds.
