IMGA IN THE MEDIA
EXTENSION OF THE TEMPORARY REDUCTION OF THE MANAGEMENT FEE

IM Gestão de Ativos (IMGA), informs that it has decided to extend the temporary reduction in the management fee of the following funds for the period between 1 January and 30 June 2021:
IMGA Money Market - Share Class A: 0.05% / year
IMGA Liquidity - Share Class A: 0.10% / year
IMGA Euro Variable Rate - Share Class A: 0.35% / year
IMGA Rendimento Semestral: 0.50% / year
With this measure, IMGA intends to maintain the adjustment of management fees to the current policy of negative interest rates implemented by the European Central Bank, which has affected, in recent months, the profitability of available financial instruments and securities, which are normally part of the investment portfolio of these funds.
